Studio Policies

First time clients should arrive fifteen minutes early to fill out the necessary paper work. All clients are required to fill out a Health History Questionnaire before attending their first class or session. We take your privacy very seriously. The information provided on the questionnaire will be treated confidentially.

- As per the waiver, you must let Rolates Pilates know about pertinent health issues or anything you think may affect your workout.
If your physical condition changes - even minor injuries - please let us know so that we can make necessary adjustments to your session.

- Arriving early for your class or session ensures a healthy warm-up for a relaxed and fruitful exercise appointment.
- Exercise wear should allow for a full range of movement. Biking shorts or leggings are recommended.

- As Forms of payment we accept cash, *check, or credit card MC, AE, VISA, Discover accepted – *If paying by check for the first time a credit card number will be taken, but not charged unless the check bounces.

Cancellations: We understand that there may be times that you have to cancel your session. If you must cancel or change any appointment that you have scheduled with us we require a 24 hour advance notice, before your scheduled appointment is to begin, to avoid a late-cancellation fee being applied to you. It is unfortunate that we have to charge for No Shows, or late cancellations.

- Is there any way I can avoid the less than 24 hour cancellation fee?
 Send a friend! Your sessions are always transferable, and you can give away or sell your spot to avoid a cancellation penalty. The front desk will always try to fill last minute cancellations but the short notice makes it difficult.

- If you are taking a duet, it is your responsibility to notify the studio, as well as your partner, at least 24 hours in advance. This gives your partner, and the studio time to reschedule the session, and the participants have time to adjust their schedules appropriately.

- Please turn your cell phone on silent while in the studio. If you take the call please step into the hall to talk.

- Foot wear: bare feet, Pilates slippers, or socks with rubber grips on the bottom are recommended.

All sessions, and classes are 55 minutes in length.
Instructors are subject to change without notice.

Please remove your shoes before entering the workout area.

Snow days: In the event of snow (when schools are closed, etc.) we understand that you may not be able to attend your lesson. In this case, you will not be charged.

Expiration dates: All packages have expiration dates. Please check at the time of purchase as to the particulars of the package. A one month, and two week reminder will be sent before your package expires.
